Our Training Hall is located at 2684 Fenton Road, Ottawa. This location is one block south of the the intersection of Albion and Leitrim Roads, which makes it accessible from Bank Street, The Airport Parkway, Hunt Club Road and County Road 8.

We are offering this training facility to interested persons who wish to rent time to do some training on their own, or with a group of friends. New mats were installed in March 2001, providing excellent cushioning and traction making this a first class training facility.
